Privacy Policy

Selfies and reference photos. To create your images, you give Vibein a selfie and the inspiration photos you choose. We use them to generate your results.

Account details. If you create an account, we store basic identifiers (such as an email or a sign-in token) to keep your library and subscription with you.

To generate the images you request, keep your creations in your library, process subscriptions, provide support, and improve reliability and safety.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your face to train models for unrelated purposes.

Your reference photos are used to keep your likeness consistent across the images you create. Vibein stores the references and creations you choose to keep so the service and your library remain available.

You can replace or delete references and creations in the app. Deleting your account removes the copies stored by Vibein; processors may keep limited transient copies for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations under their own retention terms.

Subscriptions and one-time packs are processed by Apple or Google through their stores. We receive confirmation of your purchase status; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Firebase provides account services, cloud functions, database, and storage. OpenAI receives the photos, references, and instructions needed for moderation and image generation. Google Gemini may receive photos and scene information to assess references, plan a scene, select suitable references, and narrate progress.

Atlas Cloud may receive the same generation inputs only when used as an image-generation failover. If optional image post-processing is enabled, that processor receives the generated result, not your reference library. RevenueCat processes purchase status; PostHog provides product analytics; AppsFlyer provides install attribution and referral measurement.

We use these providers only to operate, secure, measure, and improve Vibein. Vibein does not use your photos to train unrelated models. Provider handling, including limited security retention, is also governed by each provider's applicable terms and policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. You can delete your account from Profile in the app, or email us if you no longer have access, and we will help.

Vibein is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as Vibein evolves; we will revise the date above when we do.
